On this video, Jeff does HEART FULL OF SOUL and it so groovy, that he make that alot of piercing and high effects on this song, I bet that Danny Kalb and Steve Katz of The Blues Project could do this song, if they want to The Yardbirds & The Blues Project are so much alike in everyway, music, fashion and hair styles

That's OK . It's hard to keep up with who's playing for what group with all the personal changes some , of these old groups went through , and if someone is wondering Paul Samwell-Smith later became a producer handling such people as the group "Jethro Tull" and "Cat Stevens" .

I stand corrected; Paul Samwell-Smith did indeed play on the original recording of "Heart Full of Soul". Jimmy Page did not become a Yardbird Until mid 1966. I can't believe believe my own fucking arrogance.

I just watched "Dazed and Confused" (Yardbirds Version) and it sure looked like Chris Dreya was on base, Page was playing lead , and a grassy gnollesque shadowy figure was on keyboards. Same old five person lineup with no one playing rhythm.

I'm sorry too. Simply because someone calls it "The Ultimate" does not make it so. I am referencing original vinyl recordings, not some half-assed poorly researched re-issues.
