I would have picked that baby up SO quick and took him/her to the nearest house and gave the baby a real bath What a sick fuck of a mother for either having or throwing her baby in the toilet. There are OTHER ways of getting rid of a baby. Have it, wrap it in a cover and put the baby in a public place.
