It is my new goal to eliminate them from my speach and vocabulary. You should do it too! Once you're conscious of it you'll realize just how often you do it and how annoying it is. Zaranyzerak ::: Favorites LOL!! That was uhhhh.....great! ;) But seriously, I've treid to be conscious of that kind of thing when doing my videos as well. I find a good trick is to simply be mindful of when you might normally slip in an uh or umm and instead, say NOTHING in its place. Simply pause while you're thinking, rather than verbalizing it with an uh or umm. I've found that since doing this, I sound strangely more intelligent. If only my viewers knew the horrible truth!
