I wonder why Ethel refused to talk the ale. All the others did, especially Lucy (watch Lucy's face after she drinks it)

Do you have the video where Ethel sings in her hometown and Lucy, Ricky, and Fred do a bunch of things to gain her applause like Lucy bringing a small plant and then Ricky brings a tree on stage and Fred doing magic tricks, then at the end Lucy is suspending Ricky and Fred on a swing and Ethel is embarrassed?

When the ladies sing over Lucy and they don't let her sing is very funny. Lucy: "I took the..." Ladies: "Wing of an owl." Lucy: "And the eye of a bat." Ladies: "And the eye of a bat." Ladies and Lucy: "And I put them all together and what do you think I got?" Ladies: "What do you think I got?" (repeated several times) Lucy: (stops singing) "All right, I believe I will tell the story."

I totally love this segment. It's a major shame that those women were not credited. Such a shame.

Mine too, especially when the moving men are after the ladies' costumes and chasing them down. And the part where the woman and Lucy are singing about the men taking away the scenery and the woman singing "It bounced, it bounce-d-d--d-d-d-d-d-d." and Lucy singing "It was postdated." and Lucy at the end of the song slaps her in the back and says "I'll take a stab at it!!"
