R.I.C.O. means Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization, the law they use against the mafia. Paypal lost a lawsuit in 2004 and settled out of court. When lawsuits after lawsuits mount, I smell corruption. Did you know ebay has had 3 R.I.C.O. lawsuits in this decade alone, and two are still pending?
