Stivia is better or organic honey. I lost 15 lbs so far just doing this. If you're going to eat meat go organic or organic kosher as your budget permits otherwise only fish or chicken prepared on a grill or baked. I've been dieting for a month and in a couple of weeks I'll start my exercise program. I gave up soft drinks all together. Diet soft drnks are a crock of crap and they make you actually gain weight too. I stay away from all franchise and fast food resturaunts. Those places purposly put things in their food to make you addicted to it. Try to go organic as your budget permits or natural. __________________________________________________ | |
